Matt Russo - The Pushbike Factory
Born in Camden near Sydney, New South Wales (NSW), I spent most of my time in the Camden / Campbelltown / Macarthur area.
My interest in bikes started at about 4 years of age with Motocross racing from the age of 11 to 17. During this period I attained a "A" ranking in the Junior Class and raced in Motocross and All Australian Supercross.
To maintain fitness for Motocross I used pushbike's and have used many types of machines from my Repco Road bike to BMX Freestyle.
A vital part of my success in Motocross was the training, part of which was to regularly ride from the bottom to the top of Razorback on the Old Hume Hwy near Camden and back, a distance of 10km. BMX has been my main form of riding over the years I still have every machine I owned. They are now displayed at the back of my store in Leumeah.
